As a Flow Facilitator who operates at the intersection of service, storytelling and spirituality, I've developed a compelling offering.
The SOUL System, with its 3 step process of Flow Facilitation, Soul Excavation, and Sustainable Growth, provides a comprehensive and holistic framework to guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery and actualization.
Flow Facilitation fosters a safe container to align personal values with aspirations. Soul Excavation uncovers inner wisdom through examining the ‘Self’ to increase overall awareness. Sustainable Growth sets intentions and plans to continue elevating on their path.

As a former NFL athlete turned mental health advocate, I bring a powerful perspective to topics of mental performance, mindfulness, and men's wellbeing. My presentations blend personal stories of resilience with practical strategies audiences can apply immediately.
When I take the stage to share my story and tools with an audience, a powerful synergy occurs. Through the raw, authentic nature of my presentations, I'm able to resonate with listeners on a deeper, more emotional level. After 5 years overcoming adversity and injuries as a professional football player, I successfully rebranded myself as a wellness consultant. I now share my proven techniques for mental conditioning, stress management, and self-care through keynotes, workshops and more.
My expertise also covers navigating life transitions, eradicating unhealthy masculinity cycles, and fostering community support systems for men of color. Above all, I aim to de-stigmatize conversations around mental health.

As a certified health & wellness coach and breath coach, I take an integrative approach to wellness - caring for mind, body and spirit. My retreats are designed as sacred spaces for self-reflection, healing and community building.
Offerings include mindful flows, guided meditation, breath work, journaling prompts, somatic movement, nature walks, sound baths, art therapy, group discussions and more. Retreats are fully personalized to organizational or individual needs.
